Swing Sets FAQs
Delivery includes:
- Delivery to your home and assembly
- Installation includes travel up to 30 miles from any showroom. Each mile outside that (up to 120) miles will be charged $3/mi one-way.
- Attachment of any accessories purchased from Galaxy.
- Please note that cedar naturally splits and contains knots.
Delivery does NOT include:
- Moving the set after installation
- Leveling the ground (customer must level in advance)
- Anchoring or leveling the swing-set
- Trash haul off and/or dirt removal
These playsets come with a limited lifetime on all wooden components and 5 years on non wooden components.
No, we have our A-frame sets that work well with yards that are slightly unlevel.
Anywhere from 2-16 years old.
They are 4″ x 4″ or 4″ x 6″ beams.
