We have both 4D and 5D chairs.
There aren’t many reviews because they are sold nation wide at big box stores and retailers so not a lot of individual consumer reviews
Some components are made in China but then built here at our design center.
- The frame and massage rollers are covered for the life of the chair
- 5 year parts warranty – Limited lifetime 7 year frame warranty
- Motors, boards, console, belts, and power supply have 5-year applications only
