Galaxy is proud to offer our Worry Free Guarantee on most of the products you purchase from us.

What is our Worry Free Guarantee?

  • This guarantee is in addition to any manufacturer warranties AND guarantees the workmanship of our network of installers.
  • If your product is eligible the coverage period for non-pools is 180 days and for pools it is the same swim season as your installation or 180 days, whichever comes first.
  • If a qualifying event (such as a manufacturer defect) occurs during your Worry Free Guarantee period, you can have the peace of mind that Galaxy will fix it at no cost to you

As a reminder, please make sure you have fully assessed and used your product within the Worry Free Guarantee period to take advantage of our guarantee.  Anything reported after this period will be subject to service fees and mileage if applicable.

For Worry Free Guarantee service, please read the terms below:

  • During pool season, pool service calls are often scheduled 1-2 weeks out.  To help resolve your pool issue faster, please visit our Pool Resources page for ownership tips and solutions to common pool problems.

For service after the Worry Free Guarantee period, please read the terms below:

  • Galaxy Home Recreation makes every attempt to provide single service call resolution, but most service calls require two trips. During the first trip, Galaxy diagnoses the issue(s). The appropriate parts will then be ordered and a second service call will be scheduled.
  • For items covered by manufacturer labor warranty, the manufacturer only covers the hourly labor charge. Trip fee is the responsibility of the customer.
  • We only provide service on products purchased from Galaxy Home Recreation.
  • All fees are collected in advance and parts must be paid prior to ordering.
  • The initial $129* diagnostic fee will be collected at the time service is scheduled.

Fees:

  • Diagnostic Fee (includes first 30 minutes): $129*
  • Hourly Labor Charge: $129*
  • Extra Mileage Fee: $3* per mile outside 30 mile radius, one-way.
