You would be responsible for providing our sales professionals with ongoing coaching, skill development, motivation and performance management; be a “player coach”, meaning the selected individual will be in the rotation to meet with customers to stay in touch with our customer and the local market; responsible for team scheduling to meet the needs of our seven days-per-week store operation, maintaining a high-quality store appearance, sales reporting and daily reconciliation, hiring and customer complaint resolution; acts as the presence in the retail store. The Store Manager motivates the Retail Sales Associates to excel by providing guidance and inspirational leadership that will drive their need to succeed; ensures an extraordinary customer experience at all times, ensures the store team is knowledgeable about company/store communications and delivers financial results based on Key Performance Indicators; responsible for overall store operations, and is accountable for sales as well as the development of a high performing, motivated team by performing the following duties.
