Galaxy Pool Construction is seeking an experienced Vinyl Swimming Pool Construction Project Manager, for immediate hire. In this position, you will be leading a pool construction crew from start to finish on in-ground vinyl pool builds. As the Lead Foreman, you must possess a strong work ethic, exceptional attention to detail, and the capacity to manage and lead a team of builders. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing and overseeing several pool construction projects at a time. You will be responsible for starting projects, inspecting work progress, construction sites to ensure that specifications are met, and completing projects in timely manner with a low threshold for errors or mistakes. You will be responsible for several projects at one time and need to be able to create and maintain an effective contractor and subcontractor relationships. Must have: · 3-5 years experience building or renovating pools · Reliable and steady work history · Driver’s license · Pass drug test and random drug testing · Complete background check TOP PAY FOR RIGHT CANDIDATES. Job Functions: You must be highly knowledgeable on all aspects of the construction of liner pools including but not limited to; Read and follow pool plans for grade; panel installation, bond beam, plumbing, electrical, poolbase, liner installation, and equipment installation. You are able to create and maintain an efficient construction schedule for everyone involved as well as one that best satisfies client needs. You can implement tight procedures and accountability mechanisms regarding operating processes such as job-site inspections at various job locations, communication follow-up with the client, and ensure installation crews are following absolute safety standards. You are eager to build strong relationships with Contractors, Project Managers, Co-workers, and Customers and informs them about products and services to better facilitate the end project. You can handle any project issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner Excellent telephone, email, and overall communication skills Requirements: On-site Project Supervision and 3-5 years in the Swimming Pool Construction industry. Exhibit a professional manner in dealing with others and works to maintain constructive working relationships Complete and knowledgeable understanding of the construction process Must be able to work well as a team member with others and communicate well with both co-workers and customers Must have a valid Oklahoma driver’s license with a clean driving record to drive a work vehicle Must be physically able to lift 50 lb. bags and buckets of materials, and enjoy working outdoors Experience with small hand tools and equipment necessary Ability to adapt to changing demands and priorities, a must Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Qualifications and Hours: Hours: Full-time, with an average of 45 hours per week on the year. This specifically refers to a work schedule of 50 hours weekly on average in peak season, and 30-35 hours per week on average in non-peak season. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $37,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year Education:
