This customer came to us looking for a pool that would provide her family with many years of fun in the sun! Living in a small rural town in Oklahoma, there are no pool stores to browse nearby. So she did what any discerning customer would do, she searched online for the best above ground pools in Oklahoma. She browsed a couple of our competitor’s websites and found that she had more questions than answers after looking through their product pages. She wanted to see what pools they had to offer, but was finding outdated photos and very little information. Then she clicked on the Galaxy Home Recreation website. She was delighted to find so many different types of above ground pools, differing in style, size, and materials, all of which were priced so she could find the right pool to fit her budget. Now she was really getting somewhere in her search! She opted for the G5-rated 27ft round Buckingham pool. She liked the sleek style of the Buckingham and that it was large enough for her family but not too large that it would take up the majority of her yard. She knew from watching the G System informational video, that a G5 rated pool would have resin railing and components that wouldn’t heat up in the sun, an important factor for a family with children. A G5 pool has aluminum walls and an aluminum service panel. She knew that aluminum wouldn’t rust and that it had an advantage over steel by being more flexible should the ground under the pool shift. She certainly had longevity in mind when she chose the 27ft Round Buckingham! She contacted one of our digital sales team members to be sure that they could deliver to her small town, a little over 100 miles away from Oklahoma City. She decided to order the pool over the phone and was able to schedule her installation just a few weeks out. The pool installation took just one day! She and her family were thrilled to be able to swim so quickly! They are looking forward to many more years of summer fun right in their backyard.
